If, for any reason, you are not happy with the purchase of our guitar parts, and they have not been used in any kind of form, you can send it back to us on your own expense.
In order to receive your refund, contact us to discuss the issue before you send the parts back.
Once we have received the parts, we will inspect them. If they are in the same condition as when we send it to you, will give you a full refund minus our shipping cost.
